売り物としての「飲食」以外の面に光を当てたかったというか、食べるだけなら他にもいろいろあるんだけど、なぜ人はわざわざ店に行くのか、そこに何があると繰り返し行くのかなど、
そのケースは個別で千差万別なことを踏まえて、自分が客側と店側の両方から得てきた考察をまとめておきたくて創りました。
写真はすべて自分で撮ったものを使っています。

I wanted to highlight aspects of "food and dining" that go beyond just being products to sell.
While there are many options to simply eat, I wondered why people go out of their way to visit a specific restaurant, or what makes them return regularly. Considering that each case varies greatly, I created this to compile my insights gained from both the customer's and the restaurant's perspectives. All the photos used were taken by myself.
